"You utter imbecile, Potter! You do not add the murtlap essence before the yellow pine root!" I yell, looming over him, my face nearly in his. He simply looks back at me, seeming to be unabashed. He is quiet and umoving, completely calm.

He does not quiver, like that idiot Longbottom. Nor does he gibber apologies, like the Patil girl. He doesn't even sputter his indiginities, like his bosom buddy, Weasley.

But I see the smile in his guileful eyes, subtle enough that the others won't see it. No it is just for me.

Dammit, I shouldn't have kissed him .
